WHO WE ARE

The Center for Intelligent Material Systems and Structures (CIMSS) consists of five core faculty and about 25 faculty affiliated faculty members from different departments within the College of Engineering and in Mathematics on various projects, and with several other major laboratories on campus, including Fiber & Electro-Optics Research Center, Vibration and Acoustics Laboratories, and Advanced Vehicle Dynamics Lab.  We maintain a high state, national, and international profile and foster cooperative programs with other organizations worldwide.
